Vicon is a motion capture solution.

*This is only available for Virtual Production, Tracking, Light Tracking, and Full license.

The Vicon IO can be added with a click on the (+) within the IO Connections.

Stage Precision can be connected to “Vicon Shogun Post” and “Vicon Shogun Live”.

Within the Inspector the IP / Port and the local interface needs to be defined.

!If you are using “Vicon Shogun Post” it’s necessary to activate the “Data Streaming”.

The following different types can be choosen to be processed from Stage Precision.

• Subjects
• Bones
• Unlabeled Marker
• Labeled Markers

*Monitor the timing of the incoming data packages here.

Map Inputs

To link the incoming Vicon types to Tracker objects it’s necessary to add a map input.
Vicon has two different map inputs.
One for the markers and one for subjects and bones.

The subjects / bones needs a matched name.

The Markers needs a matched Id and the correct type (Labeled or UnLabeled).

*A click on the magnifyer open a list with all incoming objects.
With a click on one of these will added a Tracker with the needed map input and settings in the object tree.

*You can also open the history in a seperate floating window by clicking on “undock history”.
A double click of one of these entrys will add a Tracker like in the “normal” history list.
