The folder can be used to organize objects and automatically generate and arrange multiple objects within the 3D space. This is done by the arrange and align tool.
Folder Setup
Coordinates
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Position | This will move the object along X, Y and Z axis in the local space. |
| Scale | Scale of the coordinate system. To scale the Object check the settings under “Display” |
| Rotation | Rotation of the object along X, Y and Z axis. |
Display
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Object | If ticked, the object will be visible in the scene. If un-ticked, the object will not be visible. |
| Display Label | When on, there will be a label displayed next to the object. |
| Locked | When un-ticked, it activates keyboard shortcuts – pressing ‘E’ allows you to move and ‘R’ rotate. |
| Object Colour | Double click the colour block and this will open a colour picker. This can be used to change the object display colour. |
| Viewport Scale | Dimensions of the object in the viewport in meters. |

Arrange/Align Tool Setup
This tool is used to accurately arrange multiple objects in the 3D space at one time.
To use the arrange/align tool, the object must first be added as a child to the folder. This can be done by dragging and dropping the object on to the folder.
Next, right-click the folder object and select arrange/align, this will fetch up a pop-up window with four mode options.
Line
| Name | Description |

| Count | Number of copies of the folders child that will be affected by the arrange/align tool. |
| Position | Distance in meters between each object in X, Y and Z axis. |
| Rotation | Individual rotation of each object on X, Y or Z axis. |
Circle
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Count | Number of copies of the folders child that will be affected by the arrange/align tool. |
| Radius | Distance in meters from the center of the circle to the object. |
| Axis | Orientation of the circle on X, Y and Z axis. |
| Rotate to Center | Rotate each object to face the center of the circle. |
Grid

| Row Count | Number of copies of the folders child in the row, affected by the arrange/align tool. |
| Column Count | Number of copies of the folders child in the column, affected by the arrange/align tool. |
| Row Distance | Distance in meters between each object in the row. |
| Column Distance | Distance in meters between each object in the column. |
| Axis | Orientation of the grid along X, Y and Z axis. |
Spline
| Name | Description |

| Count | Number of copies of the folders child that will be affected by the arrange/align tool. |
| Spline | A spline object can be loaded into this parameter and the objects arranged along it. |
