Slider

This acts as a slider on a Midi controller or lighting desk.

This virtual slider can be mapped to an output and/or mapped to an input to be influenced by an external device.

Slider Setup

Name Description
Type
  • Horizontal – The slider will move left to right.
  • Vertical – The slider will move up and down.
  • Radial – The slider change to a dial.
Range The minimum and maximum value of the slider can be set here.
Step This is how much the slider will increase by with each step.
Value This displayed the current value of the slider and can also be used to change the value of the slider.

Layout

Name Description
Colour Clicking the colour box opens a colour picker with RGB (red, green, blue) and alpha control.
Locked When locked, the slider interface can not be moved on the board.
Label Colour Clicking the colour box opens a colour picker with RGB (red, green, blue) and alpha control.
Show Value Overlay When on, the equivalent value to the sliders position is displayed.
Slider Colour Clicking the colour box opens a colour picker with RGB (red, green, blue) and alpha control.
Suffix A note or description can be written here that will always appear next to the slider value.
